How renewal and cancelling work
- You're charged $12 when you join and on the same day each month after that. The charge appears as PENNY POWER on your card statement.
- Cancel any time in Settings › Membership. No calls, no fees. You keep Collector features until the end of the month you paid for, and you aren't charged again.
- If a payment fails we'll let you know and keep your membership working for 7 days while you update your card.
- If you cancel or go back to Free, every coin in your cabinet stays. You just can't add more than 25 until you rejoin.
